This was a 1st experience parking with Book2Park at the BWI Westin Hotel for our vacation. The staff inside was friendly and helpful filling out the quick paperwork. The process was seamless and the cost was very reasonable! Our shuttle drivers were very friendly and helpful with our luggage as well. They asked us about our trip going & how it was upon returning. I would definitely recommend this service to others! Oh & after baggage claim we placed 1 call to them letting them know that we were ready for pickup, they told us which door to stand at & they arrived promptly-with a smile! Very happy that our vehicles were just as we had left them. ???????? Keep up the great work everyone! ???????? We really appreciate you!

The service is very easy to use, and the cost is much better than parking on airport property. We also decided to stay the night of our return flight, as we were getting in very late. The room was lovely and roomy; we slept very well. We will definitely use this service again!

We used the Westin facility in early June and was disappointed with the service level we received. The desk staff was swamped with a wedding group that day and for that reason we seemed to be outsiders instead of paying customers hoping to get a parking space and shuttle ride to the airport to get our plane. The service was slow and caused us to have to rush to get through the airport and security. That being said, I had already paid for our parking for our August trip and everything went fine. 1 time out of 2. I am rating this last trip this time.

My family and I enjoyed the parking experience at the Westin BWI Hotel. The facility is beautiful and the parking lot was safe and secure. The drivers were courteous and helpful. The location was close and convenient to the airport. We will definitely use the facility in the future.
