This is the second time I have used Omni, and I continue to be pleased with the price and the convenience. I used valet parking, which wasn't a lot more than the basic. That meant I could drive up to the attendant, pay the amount due,receive a confirmation ticket, and take my luggage to wait for the shuttle. I was texted a message about having my car ready for me on return. The text had a link which I clicked, after I had my bags, and when I got to the car park my car was out front ready for me.

I highly recommend this parking lot for its exceptional customer service. To leave my car was a breeze; I drove up, handed over the keys, they helped with my luggage, the shuttle was there and I was quickly taken to the airport. On my return, my flight had been changed to arriving at close to midnight and Omni closes at midnight. Omni called me that morning to tell me what to do to ensure I would be able to get my car. I arrived after the last shuttle had made its run, so the manager arranged to pick me up. He picked me up at the airport, drove me to Omni and my car was ready for me. All I had to do was get in it and go. Thank you Omni!
Once again, not enough seats on the shuttle. They know when people are returning why can't they schedule the shuttle pickups to handle the loads? Other than waiting for second shuttle at kiosk #12 the car was clean and drivers BOTH ways were excellent. I do like Omni, I just wish they scheduled the pickups at MCO better than they do.
Called Omni several times upon our arrival and there was no answer. We texted and did not receive a return text. Didn't know if it was A or B transportation area. Only saving grace was our driver, Rocco. He was informative, helpful and polite. Charles Miele
Very happy with service. Price was great. Transportation was comfortable in new vehicles. Wait was only a few minutes. Definitely recommend!
Excellent customer service by staff and lot attendants. I had left a large bag of garbage in the trunk of my car which I forgot to place in the dumpster at home prior to leaving for the airport. I remembered the garbage bag in the middle of my flight several hours later. I called Omni upon arrival at midnight. The young lady who answered the phone was very understanding and helpful. I did not get her name, but she was super nice! She had one of the lot attendants, Eyad retrieve the trash from my car. When I returned I left an extra tip for him. This was above and beyond and all done in a very friendly manner. I have been using Omni at least once a month for the past several months. At times the lot attendants are a bit short handed, but they are always very polite and professional. You cannot beat the customer service provided by the entire Omni staff. The entire operation is very organized and well run.
I was skeptical because it was so affordable and because I've never paid some now and some later, but it couldn't have been any smoother! I'm not a fan of printing out the paperwork I did and then them not using it, but that's small. Service was fast, friendly and exactly how promised.
