Great customer service. Drove to the lot, handed over my keys for valet parking, and the shuttle was right there. When I returned, the shuttle was there as well (though in the past I have had to wait, so this was a real treat), I handed the driver my ticket. He called in my number, so my car was waiting for me when we got to the lot. Thanks Omni!!
