price was reasonable. found lot with no issue using gps. no surprising one way streets. lot is close to the port and secured with hurricane fence. Payment was easy procedure. cruise line and ship name were verified before boarding van. van driver helped with loading and unloading of luggage. where to meet for pickup was clearly given. lot is level dirt/gravel/concrete. no covered parking, but didn't matter. wait was about ten minutes for pickup on return. not bad compared to others waiting for other vans. The crew was very polite and entire operation was run professionally and efficiently. would recommend this company and will use again.

The lot was convenient and easy to find. When our ship landed it was raining very hard and that made it difficult to find the van for the shuttle back to the lot. We called the lot and they did stay on the line with us until we found the van. It would be nice if they picked us up closer to the terminal when the weather is bad. The police officer we spoke with said that it was permissible for them to pick up under the black "tent" in bad weather, yet this wasn't done.
