Once you arrive at the lot, notify the front desk you have arrived, load your luggage into the Van with the help of the driver, park your car and you are on your way to the airport. Could not be easier. Staff is friendly.

The driver of the Microtel shuttle was was very courteous and helpful. The pickup was timely and he was able to help me find a nearby place for dinner since I had a 3 hour wait to pick up a co-worker at the airport.

The service and location were excellent. We made it to the airport in no time. The driver/attendant was also very friendly, courteous, and helpful with our luggage. I would definitely use their service again and recommend them.
