This experience was very satisfying. The location was easy to find, and when we got there, we were able to go inside where it was warm and we were able to use the restrooms. We were picked up in about 20 minutes, because the shuttle just left with another group. The driver was polite and helpful. When returning, we called to be picked up after claiming our luggage, and the driver was there to pick us up within 15 minutes. He drove right up to our vehicle and unloaded our luggage alongside our car. Very happy experience!
