Have used Best rate 5 times in last two years. Very satisfied. Fantastic rates. No problems with drop off and shuttle to terminal. Pick up from terminal to lot very little wait time. Very friendly drivers and staff. up to date vehicles Will continue to use in future
Good service for parking at MCO

I've used Best Rate twice. The second time everything went smoothly, from check in to car pick up. I use valet parking, which costs the same. I just give them my car keys, they park the car and when I return, I call them with the ticket number and the car is waiting for me when I get to the lot. The shuttle is service, runs as expected.

This was my first experience with this lot. I had a long wait to check in, there were only two staff members and they were both busy with car rental customers. Once a staff member did check me in, it went fast, and the shuttle was waiting for me. I was using the valet. On my return, the shuttle was there as soon as I got to the correct location. I had not been able to reach the lot with my information to have my car ready. However, the shuttle car notified the lot and my car was ready as soon as I arrived. Shuttle is clean and comfortable, and it's a quick ride to the airport.
