Shuttle runs 24/7 every 15 minutes.
Shuttle pickup is on the 1st floor (ground floor) you must call for pickup at 407-856-0100
All arriving customers must pull up to the front drive and check in at the valet desk before parking.
You must present your reservation receipt (digital copy or printed on paper).
The Valet Attendant will issue parking pass and direct you to the parking area. Parking Pass must be visible for security.
Once parked, customers turn in their vehicle keys to the valet attendant and the attendant will give you a claim ticket for your keys.
If you have stayed past your reservation end date/time, you will be required to pay the additional balance during check out at the posted rate(s) listed at the lot.
