Parking Instructions: Upon your arrival, please park in Lot A only. Vehicles parked in other locations will be towed. Complete the registration at the Front Desk; please do not leave your reservation confirmation on your dashboard. Please wait for the shuttle in the lobby. Shuttles depart the hotel at the hour and :30 of the hour. Please allow extra time to register your vehicle and in case of road and/or weather conditions which may affect traffic and transportation times.
Upon your return, please go to stop 2-B (Please call hotel to arrange pick up) at the airport ground floor/baggage level, near baggage carousel 2 where all the hotel shuttles pick up, and call for pick-up. *Please call after luggage has been claimed*
*IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Shuttle service is arranged and will work depending on the customer schedule. Please enter the closest exact time of arrival and departure when booking. Please expect a shuttle wait time of 15 to 30 mins.
All reservations cannot be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of the parking reservation arrival date. Cancellations can be made prior to the 24-hour window by signing into your account and cancelling any current reservation. Book2park.com applies a 10% cancellation fee to the amount paid for any cancellations. No cancellations will be provided after your reservation date has passed or on the day of your reservation. No refunds will be given for unused or partially used reservations. If your stay extends beyond your reservation dates and times, you may be charged for any additional hours or days that were not paid for when you booked your reservation online. No refund will be issued for any overpayment for days not used. (If your vehicle occupied more than one space, you will be charged an additional fee.)

When I came back to the hotel, my car was covered in ice and there was snow plowed in front of my car. There was snow behind my car as well. Fortunately, the space behind me was empty. Here's the WONDERFUL part. The driver who took me back to the Double Tree on Sterling , came to my rescue! He politely asked me to sit in my car and stay warm as he cleaned off my car, broke up the ice on the ground and shoveled around my car so that I could back out of the space!!! I usually carry a shovel when snow is anticipated. Even if I had one, it would have taken me a really long time to dig myself out!! Words can't explain how grateful I was!!

I have used Book2Park twice now in the last few months to park more cheaply than is possible at Dulles International. I have selected the parking lot at the DoubleTree by Hilton Dulles Airport hotel both times. The price is very reasonable, the parking lot is very nice and well lit, and the shuttle runs in a timely and efficient manner. Highly recommended.

Quick and easy check in process. Shuttle service to and from airport saves stress of fighting traffic to reach the airport. We have used numerous times and find the lot safe and secure. We have had no damage to our vehicle during the parking times. Parking charges are reasonable. When we found we had to extend days there was no issue being able to pay.
