The experience was very good. Within 5 min. of arriving and parking I was on the shuttle and on my way to airport. When I returned I called the hotel and the shuttle arrived within 15min. shuttle was very clean and the driver was very nice. The lot had ample covered parking.

My out going experience was fine, it was on my return trip from the airport trying to get back to the hotel where I book2park. I called the hotel to let them know I was at the airport, I was introduced to go to the 3rd level at door#3. We waited for over 30 minutes. Finally we see the shuttle, it never stopped!! I called the hotel and the hotel host called the driver and asked the driver to return and pick us up, they didn't return!! Then I was told to catch a cab and the hotel would pay for it. The hotel honored there word!

Okay as a second choice to crown plaza for DCA. A little more expensive and you have to call for a pickup which has its plus/minuses depending on when you arrive. (You almost never �just missed� the shuttle.) Neither outbound or inbound driver was helpful with bags, one was a small woman who weighed as much as our bags and just looked at them and the other was a big guy who could have handled them fine ...but sort of waited for you to do it yourself. Quiet easy hotel to deal with, covered parking is a plus except we inadvertently parked somewhere near a bird roosting spot from the looks of our passenger door. Lol -oh well.

The parking arrangements I made online was an easy process. I had no issue when I arrived at my parking location. The customer service rep at the front desk was courteous and polite. With the exception of the shuttle bus when coming back from my destination, everything was a very smooth process. Thank you
