The receptionist bent over backwards to assist me when my memory failed and I forgot to lock my car. I called Microtel from the airport. Of course, I was frantic when I remembered that I had failed to lock my truck. Akira, host at the front desk, said she had me covered then braved the driving rain to find my car to secure my locks. I was able to continue on my way without having to back track to deal with that unfortunate mistake. Microtel is blessed to have agents like Akira that support visitors with such excellent customer service.

Our experience was very good. Everything was as expected with no negative surprises. The shuttle driver was there and ready when we arrived very early in the morning and when our plane landed they arrived for pickup within 10 mins of calling, which was perfect! We were very happy with the parking as well; our car was in good shape and we felt we left it in a safe place.
