From entering the aloft hotel to use the shuttle I had such s great experience. The location was very easy to access. The man at the concierge desk was very friendly and welcoming. It only got better upon meeting the shuttle attendant , Melvin. It was 4:30 am and Melvin was extremely pleasant , had an infectious happy attitude. I had immediate thoughts it was nothing like I experienced , let alone it was 4:30 in the am. Before leaving the shuttle Melvin odder our his cards for shuttle pick up which made pick up from the airport extremely easy. Upon arrival I called the number Melvin immediately picked up and was at the airport and yet again extremely pleasant. The service was great. I have used many book 2 park places and this service had exceeded any. I would highly recommend using their parking service.
