Very polite and courteous front desk staff. Gentleman explained parking pass, where to park and the time next shuttle departs for IAD as well as returning procedures. Gave me a card with number to call and wrote the pick up area of airport. Upon my return a friend of mines that was on the trip offered a ride to my car( she parked@Dulles) so I didn�t experience the return shuttle ride therefore can not comment on that part. However overall it was a good experience and good deal considering pricing and the close proximity to airport makes it a win win! I would definitely recommend this service! My friend maybe a new client after telling her the fees associated compared to what she paid at Dulles. Thank you !
