Had a wonderful experience! The Westin is easy to get to and easy to exit. The entrance to the garage isn't well marked but they said they were going to be putting up a larger sign. Shuttle left promptly on the hour and only took a few minutes to get to the airport even at 8 am. My return flight had been delayed by 90 minutes so I called to confirm pickup. No problem. It would be helpful to remind folks that since the shuttle leaves the hotel on the hour that it won't be picking you up from the airport on the hour. Common sense but when you're tired, you're not thinking clearly.
