My arrival to check in and drop my vehicle and get to the airport went very smoothly. My departure was a different story. I was disappointed that it took three phone calls and 54 minutes to be picked up from the airport during which time I was waiting outside in very hot temperatures (97 degrees)...and when the shuttle finally arrived, the air-conditioning was not working! I realize things break-down from time to time - but it was a disappointing way to end my trip. The hotel desk staff and the drivers were all kind and helpful.
