This was my first time using Book2park.com and the process was very simple. The price ($9/day) was also very reasonable with an added discount ($2) from an online coupon I discovered. There were ample and decent size parking spaces available at the Westin Crystal City. The welcome and service delivery I received from the hotel staff upon returning to pick up my car was exceptional. The shuttle driver was also very pleasant.
