Excellent service. When leaving to the airport the shuttle was on time. Due to weather and plane engine issues in the return flight, our flight was 7.5 hours late with arriving at 3:15 am at BWI. Due to our anticipated late had to extend my parking for an extra day. This was done with ease on the book2park website. After retrieving our bags I called the hotel for shuttle service and the shuttle arrived promptly. Great service at a very early hour
