I arrived at the hotel at 0800 and was told that the shuttle wouldnt be able to pick me up until 0845. I suggest getting there early for your flight. I was ok because we arrived early and the shuttle came at 0830. Now, picking us up was an easy transition. I flight was delayed so we didnt get to IAD until 2200 hrs. Called the hotel and they found us a shuttle who came 10-15 mins later to pick us up. Great customer service.
