Upon arrival, please check in with the attendant in the front booth to receive your parking ticket.
Shuttles run every 15 minutes, so after parking, please allow a few minutes for a shuttle to pick you up from your vehicle.
When you return, head to the designated SKY LOT pickup area at the airport, located in the Off-Site Airport Parking Pickup section.
Please note that the shuttle currently runs only to and from the Domestic Terminal. The airport provides an internal train that connects the Domestic and International Terminals for easy transfers.

All reservations cannot be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of the parking reservation arrival date. Cancellations can be made prior to the 24-hour window by signing into your account and cancelling any current reservation. Book2park.com applies a 10% cancellation fee to the amount paid for any cancellations. No cancellations will be provided after your reservation date has passed or on the day of your reservation. No refunds will be given for unused or partially used reservations. If your stay extends beyond your reservation dates and times, you may be charged for any additional hours or days that were not paid for when you booked your reservation online. No refund will be issued for any overpayment for days not used. (If your vehicle occupied more than one space, you will be charged an additional fee.)

Upon entering lot, my bar code was invalid. Office staff spent much time trying to find my reservation. Turn out that the system used part of my double first name as the last name and so record displayed incorrectly. It was finally located and I was able to enter the lot.

arriving to ATL international airport cause a major problem to customers. EAP do not provide a shuttle to the ATL International. Customers need to take public bus (stay in line to get in - 20 min), then ride the bus another 15 min to get to the domestic airport where EA:P has a waiting area. Then it brings you to the parking lot.
