We were pleasantly greeted by Alvin as we pulled into the lot. As soon as our bags were out of our car, Johnny arrived with the shuttle and took us to the ship. On our return, Johnny was at the pier waiting for us. Both Alvin and Johnny were very friendly and polite.

We love this place to park! It was easy to get to and the service was the best we have ever had. They were right there to take us to our cruise. No waiting to fill up the van! They were right there when we got off the boat, took five minutes to get to our car, they unloaded our bags, put them in our car and off we went. Wish we had known about this place before, but rest assured, this will always be our place to park on every cruise we take out of Tampa. Thanks for the great service.

This was one of the best parking experiences ever! The shuttle was there when we arrived and also right in front when we left the boar and immediately took us to our destination. The drivers were very friendly and courteous and very careful with our luggage. I can't think of anything that would have made it better unless it had been paved. Since it was dry on both days that wasn't a problem. The lot is right across the street and only took a couple of minutes to get to and from the port.
