Extremely courteous service, good value option

This was my first time parking at a hotel near RDU, and I will definitely try it again. It did take about 10 minutes to wait for front desk to register, and pick up when I returned. Took 12 to 15 minutes, but the shuttle drivers were extremely kind, as were the front desk associate and person who answered the phone for pickup. At cheaper than fast Park and RDU lots, I will be trying this again in the future.

I�ve parked at this establishment for several years but the gentleman who took us and the other gentleman who picked us up know what customer service is all about. Both were amazing and glad that our paths crossed in this lifetime. Thanks guys

Our shuttle guy was amazing. Pulled right up to our car, took our luggage and got us to the airline! When we arrived back from our trip, he picked us up and took us back to our car. He remembered that we were going on a girls trip and asked us how much fun we had. It was so nice and personable.

I have stayed at this hotel in the past due to early flights and have left my car in the parking lot. I was not aware I didn�t have to spend the night just to leave my car. This was the best experience in off-site parking I have ever had! Highly recommended! Friendly associates, quick and easy shuttle service with both drop off and pick up!

We used to use the RDU Economy Lots when flying in/out of RDU. We found book2park and tried it earlier this year on one of our trips. The pickup connection on past experiences (when we returned) was a bit clunky. And we had to wait, and call several times to the hotel/shuttle to finally get them to pick us up. This past trip was much different. When we returned yesterday, the shuttle came within 5-7 minutes and Leo, the shuttle driver was personable and very good at customer service. We�ll continue to use book2park for any future RDU trips. It saves us money and the hassle of the RDU Economy lots where it�s huge, impersonable and sometimes a long wait for a shuttle.

I can depend on this location! They have a shuttle that runs regularly to and from the airport with kind and helpful drivers. . I have used several other locations with book to park, who promise a shuttle and then when I arrive have to take an uber. This is a great location!!!

This particular Book2Park location has always been our Go To location. The shuttle service is awesome and the check in process is extremely easy. We will use this location again in August and September. Please consider this location for your parking needs.
