We were very happy with our choice to park off of the RDU site. The shuttle from the hotel was fast, efficient and the driver was very kind and caring. I did not have to load ir unload my luggage. The call when we arrived at the airport to get the shuttle to take us back to our car took about 6 minutes. We were very, very happy with this service and will be using it from now on for every trip out of RDU.
Still the best but slow this time.

Usually fast and efficient but this time I had to wait about 30 minutes to be picked up. Had to get gas ???

Check in was quite easy. Our driver was readily there when it was time to take the ride to the airport. Not like other hotel parking lots where they have to call in their driver, theirs was there ready to go. Since the earliest ride was at 4 AM and our flight was at 5:30, we were quite worried, but we didn't need to. Our driver to the airport was friendly and the return to the parking lot was as well. We will use this hotel parking lot again in the future. Hope they don't change the quality of their service.

We had a wonderful experience using your services. The shuttle was quick both ways and efficient. The only negative I have to say is that your van driver on our pick up return day was kind of grouchy. All in all a great service and we will definitely use your services again in the future!
