Smooth and seamless shuttle service. Way better than fighting airport traffic to park. Landed at 5am was picked up 5 minutes after i called.
Overall parking was okay. If they have different pickup times for "Cruise days" That should be posted somewhere. We ended up waiting just under 1 hour and 20 minutes at the airport waiting for the shuttle to arrive. I called the hotel several times and was told that the hours are different due to "Cruise day". I have parked in other lots and have never had this issue. Will not park at this location again. Thanks
Great service from the time I walked in from drop off to pick up. I would recommend this hotel. Great price.

No I had no issues, great price rate. I would recommend you shouldn�t have to call when you arrive instead it should be coming every 15 mins.

Everything was Great, except for getting picked up at airport. I had to wait for almost an hour. I had called 15 min. prior to being at pick up spot. Then waited for 15 min. Then when I called they said it would only be 10 min. 45 min. later I got picked up.
