Excellent experience. You self park your vehicle in an open protected lot and the van is there to take you to the port. When we returned from our cruise, after going through customs and walking outside to the pickup area the pickup van arrived and we were back at our vehicle within 20 minutes.Highly recommend.

Got to the lot and it seemed like a garage/repair center for buses but the attendant came out and checked the car over for any previous damage. Loaded our bags in the shuttle and took us to the port quickly. Got back from the trip, waited about 10 minutes at the port and the shuttle pulled up and brought us back to our car and off we went. By far the best prices available.
