I have been parking in lots at Houston Hobby for over 30 years. This has been my best experience ever. I was driven to the airport immediately upon arrival and picked up in under 15 minutes upon my return. No driving around a lot loading up other passengers and bags-felt just like a friend dropping me off and picking me up. Very nice drivers. I will never park anywhere else.

Hobby Inn is easy to find. Parking is plentiful and good. Van transport and pick up is timely. The attendant helps with the baggage. This is the second time I've used this lot. So far, so good. No hidden costs or conditions. I'd use again. I really appreciate the van picking up within 5-10 minutes after I call. I used the same website for parking @ Intercontinental Airport & the van took nearly 45 minutes to pick me up. The Hobby service is much better. Thank you!

The overall experience was good. The only thing that's a bit scary is the fact that the parking lot is open, no fence, no security and they're not responsible for it either. So it feels like a gamble, either everything goes well or something may happen to your vehicle when you're the farthest away from it. But the factual events we're surprisingly good. Fast service and nothing bad happened.
