We called after receiving our luggage. We had previous information that gave us the location for the pick up at the Hobby Airport. The person that answered the phone was hard to understand. After waiting almost 35 minutes, we called again. He said he told us to call back after we got to the pick up location. I said we did not understand that instruction and come pick us up. It took another 25 minutes because he was working alone at the hotel desk and got tied up with someone checking into the hotel. Book2park response: Thank you for the time spent on writing your review. We have communicated with the hobby airport inn's upper management to ensure good customer service is always provided to avoid this from happening again.

After about 20 phone calls to Houston airport inn (busy signal every time) over about 45 minutes I finally called your help number and they told me to get a cab for which they quickly reimbursed me. Book2park: Thank you for taking the time to review your experience at Hobby Airport Inn Mr. Peters. We apologize for the wait time. We have contacted the Hotel's owner and he has promised to take action to ensure this doesn't happened again.

The trip for our party of four from the parking lot to the airport was fine. Not so much on the return. As soon as we got to the section 12 pickup point, I called the attendant, and told him we were there and ready. 20 minutes later, he had not arrived, so I called again. He asked me if were at the section 12 pickup point. I told him we had been there 20 minutes. 15 minutes later he arrived. After he picked us up, I asked why it took him 35 minutes. He told us he had to go get gas!! Right. I look forward to reading this review on your website.
