We called after receiving our luggage. We had previous information that gave us the location for the pick up at the Hobby Airport. The person that answered the phone was hard to understand. After waiting almost 35 minutes, we called again. He said he told us to call back after we got to the pick up location. I said we did not understand that instruction and come pick us up. It took another 25 minutes because he was working alone at the hotel desk and got tied up with someone checking into the hotel.
