Excellent Service and Attention

To start with, check-in and parking was very easy. My wife has a mobility issue and it was suggested that she ride in the passenger seat. That was wonderful and there was no problem transporting her foldable wheelchair. Along with everyone else, with had concerns when getting the return shuttle. Again, the driver was extremely helpful with our special needs. The 28 degree temperature produced a few dead car batteries --- one of which was next to our car. The driver asked if we would be able to give that car a jump and we were happy to do so. Overall, we couldn't had asked for a better experience, especially under the conditions. I highly recommend The Parking Mall.
Excellent Location and Service

We had a 10:30 am ship check-in time, and arrived at the parking lot around 9:45. They checked us in quickly and efficiently, directed us to a parking spot, and had us unload our luggage. We waited just a few minutes for the shuttle to return to the lot, drop off returning passengers, and load up to take us to the port. The driver was excited for us, polite, and helpful. Our return was delayed, due to a boating accident near the port, and Parking Mall was well-prepared for the confusion that was caused by the overlap of departing and arriving passengers. I will definitely use them again, if I sail from Jacksonville.

I was slightly taken aback when I arrived at The Parking Mall location. I expected a paved parking lot, not an open area. Despite being skeptical about the safety of the location, it was secure and the price to park was very reasonable. The staff picked us up at our car, loaded all of our luggage and dropped us off in front of the cruise ship. They advised us where to get picked up when we returned. The ship was three hours late in docking when we returned and it was organized chaos getting off the ship. We waited no more than 10 minutes for the shuttle to The Parking Mall lot and they loaded our bags, then dropped us off at our car. Overall, I felt it was a great value. My car was kept safe and the staff were super friendly and helpful.
