The location is quite close to the port. The staff were friendly and helpful. The shuttle service was well timed and reliable. The lot was mostly dirt rather than paved but our vehicle was safe and sound when we returned. I would use them again.

Parking lot is across from the cruise terminal (you can see it from Lido deck). Just a fenced in area, but everything was fine. Shuttle was waiting when we arrived, it filled up before we could check in, but another was there in a few minutes. Check in was fairly simple with our online reservation and the return pickup was perfect. Van arrived when we got to the waiting area and back on the road in a few minutes. All in all a great transaction with $$ savings over parking at the terminal.

The experience was great. The young men driving the shuttle were exceptionally nice and friendly. The only complaint is the condition of the shuttle vehicle. It is dirty looking inside and out, but especially the seats. But, for a ride just across the road, it is tolerable. Would definitely book again, just wish the shuttle was cleaner.
