I had a great experience with The Parking Mall. From the ease of booking my appointment and the closeness of the drop-off and pick-up location. The staff was there on time when I arrived, both for taking me me to the cruise port and back. The staff was very friendly and communicative. The parking rate was the best in the area. I highly recommend using their services. I'll be using their services again, when I leave from Jacksonville cruise port.

Parking lot is across from the cruise terminal (you can see it from Lido deck). Just a fenced in area, but everything was fine. Shuttle was waiting when we arrived, it filled up before we could check in, but another was there in a few minutes. Check in was fairly simple with our online reservation and the return pickup was perfect. Van arrived when we got to the waiting area and back on the road in a few minutes. All in all a great transaction with $$ savings over parking at the terminal.
