Arrival

Upon your arrival;

• Please pull a paper ticket and scan your reservation barcode directly at the entrance gate scanner to enter.

• Follow the signs to your designated tier (Covered or Uncovered) and park anywhere within that section.

• For International Parking, please ensure you book "Covered" parking and park specifically in Rows R, S, V, or W. Customers should arrive 15–20 minutes before their desired terminal arrival time.

Transfer
Shuttles runs 24/7. Simply wait by your vehicle, and a shuttle will pick you up directly at your space; the driver will provide a locator slip for your return.

• Shuttles to the Domestic Terminal run every 5–10 minutes.

• Shuttles to the International Terminal run exclusively from Rows R, S, V, or W every 30 minutes (on the hour and half-hour). If you require a wheelchair-accessible shuttle, please call 24 hours in advance to ensure it is ready for your arrival.

Return
All return pickups from the airport terminal operate on demand.

• Domestic Terminal: After you have collected your luggage, follow signs past baggage claim to the Ground Transportation Center and proceed to Space D3. For pickups between Midnight and 7:00 AM, please call (404) 767-8000 or text (312) 533-8796 with "Terminal domestic" and your passenger count.

• International Terminal: After you have collected your luggage, head to the designated International ground transportation area and call (404) 767-8000 or text (312) 533-8796 with "Terminal international" and your passenger count to request a shuttle.

Checking Out (Exiting the Lot)
When exiting, you may use the automated lanes or a manned cashier lane. Scan your reservation barcode at the exit gate to open the barrier. Please note that PreFlight Atlanta is completely cashless. Any overage fees due to stays extending past your reservation window must be paid at the exit gate via credit or debit card.
