We are conveniently located 2.2 miles from Cleveland International Airport (CLE). We are essentially on the door steps of the airport and it is only a 2 minute drive from our hotel to the CLE Airport front doors.

Parking Instructions:
Please park at the back of the building,
Enter the lobby and please present your confirmation receipt to the front desk. You will be required to self park your car and to leave your keys just in case there is a need to move your car. (This is just in case of an emergency)
Upon your return and while being on the luggage claim, you will need to contact the hotel to be picked up. You will need to wait for the shuttle at terminal #2.
All reservations cannot be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of the parking reservation arrival date. Cancellations can be made prior to the 24-hour window by signing into your account and cancelling any current reservation. Book2park.com applies a 10% cancellation fee to the amount paid for any cancellations. No cancellations will be provided after your reservation date has passed or on the day of your reservation. No refunds will be given for unused or partially used reservations. Although the price was right (very low), when we called for pick up, there were six people WITH LUGGAGEand you guys sent a Chrysler Town & Country Van to get us. I had to help the driver figure out how to get all the luggage in and all six people. Needless to say, it was very tight in the van. Maybe you should consider getting a bigger type van for pick ups or in some cases, send two vans.
