My Book2park at the Hilton Garden Inn RDU Airport was a great experience. Everything from the online reservations through check in and the shuttle ride to the airport was very simple and handled professionally. Our return trip was also a great experience. I called the HGI when we returned and the hotel desk person was very friendly and professional. Our shuttle driver arrived quickly and he was the best! His name is Roc and he is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Book2park at HGI RDU! A big shout out to Roc and his counterpart who were working around midnight on Saturday night, 4/18/26 and were so helpful and friendly! Thanks for the great customer service!

Print the parking pass sent via email, put it in the front window and park IAW instructions, fill out a short form at the front desk, and jump in the van and go. On return I called the hotel and the van was dispatched. All in all a little more convenient than a van service that runs on fixed schedule. My 1st experience parking at this hotel and it went very well.

Well...this is about the 100th (ok maybe 20 plus) times I used this location to park and take the shuttle to the airport and I will continue to use. I am already rebooking for March. The shuttle driver was timely and friendly. The front desk was easy to interact with and parking was easy.
