Arrival Info In order to ride the airport shuttle, you must show your valid parking voucher to the shuttle driver. Off-Airport Parkers may park in any unreserved parking space. Park your vehicle in the garage upon arrival; no need to check in. Before leaving the garage stop by the front and you will be provided with an exit key.
The airport shuttle runs from 5:00 AM to 10pm and runs on demand. The shuttle typically takes about 15 minutes between airport runs to return to the hotel, but in peak traffic may take up to 25 minutes.
Shuttle Information
Free shuttle service is on demand 4:30 AM - midnight. For pickup text 571-380-6299 for pickup. Pickup locations are Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 doors 4 and 7 on the baggage claim level. Between shuttle off hours midnight - 4:30 AM the front desk will gladly assist in arranging a taxi to transport you to the airport (additional fee paid to cab driver by guest). Please allow ample time for the hotel to contact the cab company.

All reservations cannot be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of the parking reservation arrival date. Cancellations can be made prior to the 24-hour window by signing into your account and cancelling any current reservation. Book2park.com applies a 10% cancellation fee to the amount paid for any cancellations. No cancellations will be provided after your reservation date has passed or on the day of your reservation. No refunds will be given for unused or partially used reservations. If your stay extends beyond your reservation dates and times, you may be charged for any additional hours or days that were not paid for when you booked your reservation online. No refund will be issued for any overpayment for days not used. (If your vehicle occupied more than one space, you will be charged an additional fee.)

The booking process was a bit confusing because I was not clear on vehicle height minimums, until after the booking was confirmed then to make the vehicle change was not very clear because the original booking form still displayed the incorrect vehicle. Location very convenient deserves 4 stars.

I'd park here again. The shuttle was reliable and you can track the location of the shuttle via a website. We had to call to figure out exactly where the entrance to the garage was. Upon our return, we sent someone to retrieve the car and she returned to the airport about the same time that the luggage arrived.
