Parking Instructions: Please park along the tree line eaither at the side or the back of the hotel. Enter the lobby to do a brief parking check-in at front desk.
All reservations cannot be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of the parking reservation arrival date. Cancellations can be made prior to the 24-hour window by signing into your account and cancelling any current reservation. Book2park.com applies a 10% cancellation fee to the amount paid for any cancellations. No cancellations will be provided after your reservation date has passed or on the day of your reservation. No refunds will be given for unused or partially used reservations. This was my first time using this service so I was nervous but I have to say I would definitely use it again. The parking was not a problem, the shuttle drivers were so very professional. The drop off and pick up was so convenient and the wait was very short. It is a wonderful service.

This location is our "go to" spot when booking the parking. It is close to the airport with great shuttle service and reasonable pricing.

What an excellent experience. This was my first time using the book2park at the Hilton Garden Inn. Everything went very smoothly from making the reservation to parking to pick up. The shuttle drivers were friendly, reliable, and helpful. Parking lot was clean and the price reasonable. I will definitely book2park next time I fly out of RDU.

This is our second time parking using "book 2 park". It's easy. Apply on line. Receive your parking receipt and present to front counter rep. when you get to the Hotel. The shuttle is always available for us as soon as we get to the hotel. Upon returning to the airport, call the shuttle service when you have your luggage and once again it is easy and efficient to use. There is no need to tell the front counter rep that you are here and leaving... just go home.

Book2Park was very helpful when I had to extend my parking by providing a link and helping me over the phone also. This location was close to the airport and their service overall was great. Yassine in particular was awesome. He stayed late so I could use the shuttle (changing my plans put me at RDU after midnight with my 2 year old which was unexpected), was super kind, dropped me off at my car, and loaded my bags into my car for me. Because of him I will book here again.

First time using this hotel for parking. Friendly staff, no issues, transport to airport timely will continue to use this hotel for parking. Return pickup timely after call. Mike great person and personality.
