I have used Book2Park for years, and have always had an excellent experience. The staff at the Doubletree Philadelphia Airport is top notch. From check-in to check-out, the process is smooth. Kudos to the shuttle service drivers who are always on-time and friendly. I have told many, many people that Book2Park is the only way to go!

Everything we great except that when when our flight arrived in PHL in the middle of then night, the attendance did not answer the phone on the first try. I let the phone ring and ring until the call was disconnected. That was a little disconcerting. When I called again she finally answered after many, many rings. Van came promptly though. That was great. Driver was gruff and walked way from me so quickly after handing me my bags that I would have had to chase after him to give him his tip! Oh well.
