Love the convenience of parking there. Van drivers are great. It snowed on December 9th and we went out side door which was closet to our car. We were shocked the area wasn�t shoveled in the evening. We had to trudged though to the plowed parking lot. It snowed most of the day but this was a safety thing and definitely was overlooked.

Low price and very close to airport but very slow. I waited 18 minutes for a shuttle to pick me up from the airport. The checkin and checkout procedure is inefficient. I had to wait in line with the people checking in to the hotel (2 people when I dropped my car off and 3 people when I picked my car up). I had to fill out a log sheet with information about me and my car during checkin (why is this necessary with an online reservation???). I would plan on spending at least 10 minutes at the hotel during the checkin process and another 10 minutes during the checkout process, in addition to waiting for the single shuttle making a round trip between terminals A-F and the hotel. Why do I have to wait in line at the hotel reception at all? This process needs to get fixed - the extra wait time is just not worth the cost savings.

Pick up from airport took over 40 minutes - and at midnight 40 minutes feels like an hour. Drop off was fine. Book2park response: Thank you for the time spent on writing your review and letting us know how your experience was. We truly apologize for the wait time. We will be communicating with the lots's upper management to ensure that their shuttle is always provided in time and avoid this from happening again.
