Everything we great except that when when our flight arrived in PHL in the middle of then night, the attendance did not answer the phone on the first try. I let the phone ring and ring until the call was disconnected. That was a little disconcerting. When I called again she finally answered after many, many rings. Van came promptly though. That was great. Driver was gruff and walked way from me so quickly after handing me my bags that I would have had to chase after him to give him his tip! Oh well.
