I was skeptical about using this type of service but it worked out well for us! Front desk was helpful, plenty of parking, hotel shuttle ran on time. We arrived back at the airport after the hotel shuttle stopped running so we took an Uber back to the hotel and it was easy to get to the car and get on the road. No surprises.

I love Book2Park. It makes the experience of flying out of Reagan National Airport so much easier and less costly. The hotel is on the way from Fredericksburg, VA for me, and parking is fairly easy (especially now). The shuttle is convenient going to the airport. The drivers are very friendly. While I have given a 5 for excellent, I seem to have bad luck when arriving at National since the shuttles come at the quarter hour and my flights seem to arrive just after the shuttles leave so I am stuck waiting for at least 29 minutes every time in the worst possible weather. Not the fault of the hotel by any means.

Parking was ok but getting signed in is a pain. No instructions were given telling us we need to check in with front desk to obtain parking pass so it took us around 20 minutes to realize we needed to go to front desk. Also no signs stating where to park once we found the garage.

Very smooth, flawless experience. Got back to garage after trip to find dead battery. Much thanks to helpful employee of Embassy for the loan of jumper cables and a jump start in an expedient manner to get us on our way home after a long day. Kudos to him!!
