The driver from the Ramada was about 10 minutes late starting his shift to take 8 people to the airport. The airport was busy so this almost made it a problem trying to get checked in and TSA was busy. The return trip was good, called and within 10 minutes I was picked up.Overall, not a bad experience.

It was economical, convenient definitely use them again. Hotel clerks need to greet the phone better and be better knowing their surrounding and use accurate description of telling guests to pick up shuttle not just say go to baggage claim they will be waiting You have to call the hotel to be picked up and the van passed me up the first time...lol The van was clean, but driver was not friendly or informative of hotel property or airport guidelines or knowledge of airport
