Great experience with parking for our cruise. We didn't wait more than 5 minutes for either the drop off or pick up. Our driver was very friendly and helpful and she provided all the info we needed on pickup lication. We would definately use them again when crusing out of Jacksonville!

The experience was great. The young men driving the shuttle were exceptionally nice and friendly. The only complaint is the condition of the shuttle vehicle. It is dirty looking inside and out, but especially the seats. But, for a ride just across the road, it is tolerable. Would definitely book again, just wish the shuttle was cleaner.

I had a great experience parking my car here while on a cruise 11/9-11/14/19. It's literally right across the street to the entrance of the port. They loaded us up and dropped us off. They showed us exactly where to meet them when we got off and had no wait for a ride back. Professional and courteous. I would for sure use them again if I cruise out of JAX.
