I would certainly use this service again. This would've been a 5 star experience, but the ball was dropped when I needed to be picked up. Check in was smooth and easy and the staff was nice. When I needed to be picked up, I called around 8:30 a.m. and Marcos stated the driver was on the way. I know that things may be busy and it's not going to be an immediate pickup, but 30 minutes passed by and I was still waiting. I would like to add that it was 40 degrees outside, and I didnt want to go back inside because I didnt want to miss the driver's arrival and have to call back again. I had to call back around 8:53 and Marcos stated there was a miscommunication with the driver and I was finally able to get picked up around 9 a.m. Overall a good service, but communication just needs to be clear.
