This was a 1st experience parking with Book2Park at the BWI Westin Hotel for our vacation. The staff inside was friendly and helpful filling out the quick paperwork. The process was seamless and the cost was very reasonable! Our shuttle drivers were very friendly and helpful with our luggage as well. They asked us about our trip going & how it was upon returning. I would definitely recommend this service to others! Oh & after baggage claim we placed 1 call to them letting them know that we were ready for pickup, they told us which door to stand at & they arrived promptly-with a smile!
