My overall experience with Green Mango was excellent. Everyone I dealt with was professional, courteous, and friendly. The location is super convenient, and the cost was VERY reasonable. My single issue was: I had inadvertently left some LED marker lights on my truck on when parked it for my trip. (space 9) I wish someone had noticed that the lights were on, and that the truck's battery was in danger of discharging. If I had been notified of the situation, even though I was in Boston, I could've sent someone with a spare key, or even called Onstar to have them remotely unlock the truck so that someone at the lot could've switched them off. Fortunately the truck has a good, strong battery, and the truck started, so actually, this is actually a non-issue, however, should this happen in the future, with another customer, it may be a good idea to have a course of action.
