SELF PARKING Customers shall go to the main office and present their confirmation receipt . Park. The shuttle shall pick up the customers and their luggage AT their vehicle. Please note your car-spot number for your return journey so you can inform the shuttle driver where your vehicle is parked.
All reservations cannot be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of the parking reservation arrival date. Cancellations can be made prior to the 24-hour window by signing into your account and cancelling any current reservation. Book2park.com applies a 10% cancellation fee to the amount paid for any cancellations. No cancellations will be provided after your reservation date has passed or on the day of your reservation. No refunds will be given for unused or partially used reservations. If your stay extends beyond your reservation dates and times, you may be charged for any additional hours or days that were not paid for when you booked your reservation online. No refund will be issued for any overpayment for days not used. (If your vehicle occupied more than one space, you will be charged an additional fee.)

Green Mango parking is an excellent option for airport parking. The online reservation service was quick, easy and accurate with pricing. The price I was quoted online was exactly what I paid with all taxes and fees included. No hidden charges. The staff members are courteous and professional and the parking lot was very secure. I left my car for ten days and it was returned to me just as I left it. The shuttle service to and from the airport is efficient with minimal wait time. I will use Green Mango parking again and will recommend their service to others. Thanks for the great service!

Although, I am unsure of her name, the young lady who checked me in was the same young lady who did my "exit interview." She was very helpful on both ends, but especially on the back end when I found that my car would not start. The driver who had collected me from JAX, jumped the vehicle and I was able to get back home (one hour and fifteen minutes away) without incident. Life savers, both of them! It was a pleasant experience and Green Mango is super efficient.
