We used the Westin facility in early June and was disappointed with the service level we received. The desk staff was swamped with a wedding group that day and for that reason we seemed to be outsiders instead of paying customers hoping to get a parking space and shuttle ride to the airport to get our plane. The service was slow and caused us to have to rush to get through the airport and security. That being said, I had already paid for our parking for our August trip and everything went fine. 1 time out of 2. I am rating this last trip this time.
