I use this service about two times a year and Love it. Easy to book; my car is safe and I get shuttled right to the door each way. No pulling your luggage through a parking lot. Every driver I�ve ever had had been a jewel. Thanks for quality service. One recommendation; give each person a card with the phone number on it when they leave. I called Holiday Inn instead of Holiday Inn Express. People are tired when they get home and may have lost their paperwork, like I did.
