We love your service. It's very convenient. However, this time we couldn't get out of the gate when we returned, even with the sticker they put on our ticket. I had to go back inside to get the valet. He was super helpful (sorry, didn't get his name but we departed there 2/19 around 4pm). It always seems like there's a different exit protocol everytime we go. Just a little frustrating but will definitely use it again!
