the shuttle drivers were great. They are very customer service oriented. There was a lot of us waiting to go to the airport. The driver dropped off the first family and was back in a very short time to take my family to the airport. When we returned from our trip, the shuttle was there less than ten minutes after we called for a ride to our car.
