When dropping off the car, the line for parking was not clearly separated from the very long line for car rental. Getting directed to the counter for parking required the attendant who took the car to come to back in and motion to someone behind the counter. When picking up the car, it took 40 minutes for the shuttle to arrive, but it was missed. The parking reservations were made under the company name "Signature" and that was the only name on the claim ticket. However the vans have the word "Economy" in large bold letters on a red background written first. "Signature" is written afterwards in faded thin letters. "Economy" is the only word written on the front of the van over the windshield. Only after waiting for another half-hour for the next van, did we realize it was the one for the parking company. After we got to the parking lot, it took more than another half-hour to get our car, because it had been placed in the wrong space by the attendants from that indicated on the ticket.
